How does HBOT work?
Discover what oxygen can do under pressure.
You breathe high-concentration oxygen in a pressurised chamber. The increased pressure helps oxygen dissolve into your blood, allowing it to travel further around your body.
Oxygen
You breathe high-concentration oxygen.
Pressure
The chamber is slowly pressurised, helping oxygen reach deeper into your body.
Breathe
You relax and simply breathe. No special skills needed.
Our hyperbaric chambers
We offer both mild and hard chamber HBOT, so we can tailor your experience to your goals and individual needs.
Mild hyperbaric chambers
1.3–1.4 ATA
We have three spacious soft (mild) chambers in a calm and comfortable setting, ideal for most clients and a wide range of goals.
Accessible mild hyperbaric chamber
1.3–1.4 ATA
Our larger mild chamber offers wheelchair access, making HBOT more accessible for clients with limited mobility.
Hard hyperbaric chamber
Up to 2.0 ATA
Our hard chamber allows for higher pressure sessions, with pressure options tailored to individual needs.
How is this different from hospital HBOT?
Hospitals use HBOT at higher pressures to treat specific medical conditions. Our sessions are a wellness service and aren’t a substitute for medical treatment. If you have a medical condition, please speak to your GP before booking.
